As part of the Icicle Village Resort you will have free access to: Pool, Hot Tub, Sport Court, covered picnic area, gym/exercise room, a playground, arcade/game room and yard games. Also enjoy the resort's mini-golf, spa, summer theater, restaurant, bar and bike rentals. Don't miss the optional event center for larger events or weddings.

As your hosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home and the beautiful town of Leavenworth. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!

By agreeing to rent our home on a nighty rental you are agreeing to follow all local, state and federal laws that apply to such rental situations as well as the following rules and agreements. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate removal from the property and additional fees being charged.

Please read this agreement carefully and do not contract to follow these terms if you do not believe you can adhere to them. (Sorry we have to get kind of legal and hardcore here to be sure you plan to take care of our place while you use it.)

- No Smoking or Vaping:
If guest are found to have participated in any smoking or vaping of any kind in the property, a fee of $300 will be applied plus any additional costs to repair any damage and mitigate smoke smells .

- No Pets:
We love animals but currently pets are not allowed in our vacation rental. $250 additional fee will be charged if any evidence of pets is found.

- Quiet Time:
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 7am. No loud music at any time.

- No Wet Clothing:
Please keep all wet clothes or swim suites off any furniture.

-Be Careful on the Couch:
No sharp objects on the couch at any time. (Including but not limited to knives, scissors, cork screws etc.)
No clothing with dark dyes is allowed on the couch. Potentially permanent staining will occur and cleaning/replacement charges will be applied.

- No Cutting on the Dining Room Table:
Do not use the table as a cutting board. We have several actual cutting boards available for your use. Damage to the furniture

- No Rearranging:
Please do not rearrange any of our large furniture pieces.

- No Parties or Events:
If guests are found to have had a party or event without host permission guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and because of the disruption of neighboring units, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-Excessive Cleaning:
Guests that cause unusually large clean up will be charged for all cleaning fees over a standard cleaning fee by our cleaners.
Clean up of any bodily fluid/waste of any kind in any location on the property shall be immediately subject to a $300 added cleaning fee.
Dishes must be washed before leaving and the dishwasher started. If any dishes are left dirty in any part of the unit and additional $25 dish service fee will be charged.
Linens soiled beyond normal use will be charged an additional $100 cleaning/replacement fee.

-No undeclared guests are allowed in the property at any time.

- No Illegal Drugs:
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs or substances of any kind, the authorities will be contacted, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

The open-concept great room offers a space for guests to gather, whether in the kitchen, playing a game, or watching a movie. The well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare meals. The master suite is private and comfortable with en suite bathroom, including jetted tub. Relax with a cup of coffee on the quaint patio in the morning or a bottle of wine on warm summer evenings. Neighborhood overview

Our Icicle Village Retreat is located in the quaint Bavarian-inspired village of Leavenworth Washington. We are within walking distance of Front street so you can enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer during spring, summer, fall and winter. Front street is home to restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, coffee shops, and a myriad of boutique shopping. Our condo is also right around the corner from a well stocked convenience store that can help you with any of those little items that you may have forgotten at home. Charging cables, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, beer, wine, coffee and small grocery items all within a 2 minute walk. A 5 minute drive east on highway 2 is a Safeway for complete grocery shopping options. We are also just down the street (Hwy 2) from a designated parking area for travel trailers and RVs. Situated between both the Icicle River and the Wenatchee River you will be staying near multiple launch areas for small water craft (Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards) and river floating tubes. We are walking distance to 3 city parks and a 3 minute drive to the Leavenworth golf course that transforms into cross country skiing during the winter months. Leavenworth is also home to 116 trailheads that offer all variety of hikes, runs and walks. Eat, drink, explore and be merry in Leavenworth Washington.

Getting around

We are located walking distance to most of Leavenworth's attractions. Bikes can be rented from the main office at Icicle Village Resort and there is a large public parking lot just east of 9th street and Front Street Park. The Leavenworth shuttle picks up and drops off around the corner at the Icicle Quick Stop with shuttle stops through downtown.
